Defensive Driving Class
Why take this class? Because studies have shown that participants have a 20
percent less chance of being involved in an accident, you save a minimum of
ten percent on your insurance premiums each year, and you can remove up four
points automatically from your driving record.
Who is Eligible?
- All principal operators are eligible
- Youthful Drivers
- Assigned Risks
Reduction in collision and liability base rate regardless of the driver record) - Commercial Vehicle Policies
Where there is a clearly defined principal operator or all drivers complete the course.
Completing the six hour "Traffic Survival Workshop" gives the experienced driver an
opportunity to evaluate their own driving. Drivers who complete the class can
receive an insurance reduction for three years, remove up to four points from their
driving record, and become a better and safer driver.
