Joanne earned her MA in education from the University at Albany and also holds an AAS degree in business. She is certified with NY State as a Commercial Driving Instructor and a Driver Education Instructor. Joanne has been with Easy Method Driving School, Inc. since her marriage to Rick in 1975. She and Rick are the parents of seven children.
